A powerful red-level storm has brought chaos to the regions of Malaga and Costa del Sol in southern Spain, resulting in extensive flooding, evacuations, and significant disruptions to daily life.

Authorities have issued critical safety advisories, including a warning from the Junta de Andalucia advising drivers to abandon their vehicles immediately if they are swept away by floodwaters. Adding to the chaos, a tornado was spotted in the Costa del Sol resort of Marbella. The tornado made landfall on the popular tourist beach of Playa de Cable, with surprised onlookers capturing the event on video.
