In a groundbreaking study conducted by experts from the University of Bath, in collaboration with several other prestigious institutions in London, it has been unequivocally proven that reducing screen time before bedtime dramatically improves the sleep quality of toddlers.
The Bedtime Boost Study
The "Bedtime Boost" study, published recently, is the first randomized controlled trial (RCT) to provide direct evidence that limiting screen time before bed has a positive impact on toddler sleep. The research involved 105 families with toddlers aged 16 to 30 months from various areas of London. These families were randomly assigned to either an intervention group or a control group.
